The use of this packaging film does not require modification of the packaging equipment, and can be used in conjunction with the existing stacking and labeling mechanisms of the equipment. At the same time, it has a wide range of applicability and can tighten the packaging of irregular cigarettes of different sizes and specifications, solving the problem of difficult packaging of irregular cigarettes. It is beneficial for stacking and distribution of irregular cigarettes, and improving vehicle loading rates.
In order to deeply implement the concept of green development and actively explore new environmentally friendly packaging materials and packaging technologies, the Simingguang Studio of the distribution center, in conjunction with Henan University of Engineering, conducted a research on "Green Packaging Technology for Cigarette Logistics Based on Degradable Heat Shrinkable Film". In the development of packaging film, they use completely biodegradable materials, which have a wide range of raw material sources and are safe and non-toxic. Under certain time and conditions, they can be completely decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms.
At the same time, by optimizing the processing technology of bio based thermal shrink film, the tensile performance is improved, the film thickness is reduced, and the length of biodegradable material produced per unit weight of packaging material is 1.24 times that of PE film, reducing material consumption; Improving heat shrink performance, taking room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius as an example, using biodegradable film packaging reduces the heat shrink temperature from 165 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius, reducing energy consumption by about 17.24%; Adjust the length of the hot runner, reduce the length of the heat shrink channel from 1 meter to 0.7 meters, decrease the heat shrink efficiency from 5 seconds to 3.8 seconds, and reduce energy consumption by 30%.
