Further improve the standard system of biodegradable plastic products, strengthen market supervision and biodegradable labeling management, increase the punishment of "pseudo-degradable" products, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the market.
Zheng Yueming introduced that Lianhong Xinke has used independent innovation technology to build a number of innovative projects such as new energy photovoltaic and battery materials, bio-based and biodegradable materials, electronic materials and other special materials. Among them, 100,000 tons/year lithium solvent-carbonate project, 20,000 tons/year ultra high molecular weight polyethylene lithium membrane material project has been completed and put into operation; The 200,000 tons/year EVA photovoltaic material project and 100,000 tons/year POE photovoltaic material project will be completed by the end of 2025.
In his view, the toughness of the new material industry chain can be improved from many aspects such as autonomous control, collaborative linkage, and dynamic adjustment.
In terms of autonomy and controllability, policy support for independent innovation of new material enterprises can be increased, and enterprises can be encouraged to carry out key technological research and innovative project construction; Establish and improve the "first-use compensation mechanism", give procurement subsidies to high-end enterprises in the first purchase and use of localized alternative materials, support the substitution of localized products for imported products, and shorten the verification and use of domestic alternative materials and promotion cycle.
